Miguel Sullivan escapes from prison and finds an island full of diseased caused by a strain virus in all waters of the country. Sullivan and other survivors, including a father, Andres, with his two daughters Marilin and Diana, and a very reliable man named Gregorio, undertake a journey following the lead of Sullivan and his goal is to save his wife Angelica and their future son.
