This neo-noir thriller follows the trials and challenges that befall a married British couple. Anette, the mother, stays home to tend to her newborn child even though she feels isolated and alone. Her husband Ben acts as the chaperone of their actor-daughter as she gets cast in an upcoming film with Italian femme fatale Alicia. Their feelings lead to actions that complicate their family life.
