Channing Tatum stars as a small-town kid inducted into the violent world of bare-knuckle boxing in the unrated version of this tense and gritty urban drama. Arriving in New York City with nothing but the shirt on his back, Shawn MacArthur earns a living by selling counterfeit goods. Later, he crosses paths with con artist Harvey Boarden, who offers to help the newcomer make some cash on the bare-knuckle circuit. Shawn quickly makes a name for himself by taking down every opponent he faces.
