A group of party-loving ski instructors while away the hours drinking and riding the slopes, but their jobs are threatened when a straightlaced team arrives on the scene. To keep their cushy jobs, they must defeat their new opponents on the slopes during the annual spring competition. With the help of a new hotshot team member and a few pranks along the way, they might just make it.
