Tim Roth costars as a marine given a "super-soldier serum" that turns him into a similar creature, an able-bodied nemesis of the Hulk. Lou Ferrigno, who played the Hulk in the 1970s TV series, has a cameo as a security guard and provides the voice of the Hulk.
